It's Monday and I have plenty of errands to do today. I'm here procrastinating and doing laundry when I should be getting dressed but the thought of going out there in that heat is pulling me more to stay indoors where is cool! Things must be done though, important things so after this post off I go. I said I was going to post pictures of the lasagna I made on Friday and here they are. It was tasty but not as tasty as I would have liked but a mis hijos les encantó/my children loved it and that's what's important to me! Like we say in PR se dejó comer!
