Latina on a Mission wrote a post about a 6 month old baby named Sophia who was diagnosed with HLH, a rare blood disease that affects just one child per million. Her only hope is to get a bone marrow transplant. As a mother and as a Puerto Rican I wanted to help spread the word about baby Sophia. She needs our help.
