WaterAid - We Take It For Granted.

Water, we tend to take it for granted everyday without thinking that there are 4,000 children that die each year from something as common as diarrhea due to lack of clean water. I have to admit that I am guilty of leaving the water running when I'm cooking. After looking at the video below I feel guilty for taking for granted that we have water everyday and all we have to do is open a faucet.

WaterAid America is an organization that every year helps countries develop systems to provide clean water for poor communities. They also help them with sanitation.
WaterAid enables the world's poorest people to gain access to safe water and sanitation. Together with improved hygiene, these basic human rights underpin health, education and livelihoods, forming the first essential step in overcoming poverty. We work with local partners, who understand local issues, and provide them with the skills and support to help communities set up and manage practical and sustainable projects that meet their real needs. We also work locally and internationally to change policy and practice and ensure that water, hygiene and sanitation's vital role in reducing poverty is recognized.
Imagine not being able to offer your child a clean glass of water when they say "Mami I'm thirsty". Or having to cook with muddy water. Not having the proper way to use the bathroom. These families have to deal with this every single day!

But it doesn't have to be that way. With your donation you can help provide these communities with clean water for these children. I know these are hard times but every dollar count. So please chip in and help a child live a longer life.
