According to PopEater a woman filed a lawsuit against Henry Ian Cusick. The actor who plays Desmond in Lost. I was shocked when I read this because he has never been in the news. Of course there is a first time for everything. A few other cast members of Lost have been in the news also. Someone broke into Sawyer's (I'm using their character's name, lol) house while he was asleep, Jin and Ana Lucia had a DUI and Sayid went to court and got custody of his son. I'm not saying that what the woman is saying is true but something happened for her to file a lawsuit. I wonder why she took so long though.
