I bought this for my daughter but she never used them so when I ran out of the ones I use I decided to use hers. As you can see in the picture they are punk rock style. I thought I think I would look a bit foolish at my age with this on my nails. Then I thought but I consider myself a cool rockin Mom so why not!
The first few times the stickers would come off fast, the edges would curl up because I put them on when my nails were still wet. Once I let my nails dry for at least 5 minutes before putting it on they stayed on. The trick is letting your nails dry and then add a good top coat of clear nail polish on top. I did mine about 4 days ago and they are still intact. You can see the results in the pictures below although I took that picture the same day I did them. They look neat because I took it after I took a shower which is what I use to remove the nail polish off my skin. Using a q-tip takes too long! My nails were long but had to cut them because one broke plus my nails were hurting from using them to type. Kudos for those who can use their real nails to type without pain.So if you like doing your own nails and want to add some pizazz you should try these. They have different styles and as you can see they are mainly for young girls but if you are like me that still feel young in some ways then go for it! You can purchase them at the locations below. Tips:
- Don't use your nails as tools. I used to do that and my nails would chip and break easily.
- Use gloves to do dishes if you aren't one of the lucky ones to have a dishwasher. So wish I had one!
