Just in Time!

I have been meaning to post this but have been pulling my hair with the damn computer.  Anyway, we finally went to see the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree 2 days before it was taken down.  The day we went was extremely cold and although my fingers were half frozen I am glad we went and we enjoyed ourselves even if we didn't stayed a long time.  I love the cold weather, walking around, the smell of winter.  One of the things I love about Nueva York is no matter how cold it is the streets are almost always buzzing.

We got to Rockefeller Center and I thought it was going to be empty, not the case.  It didn't feel like the Holidays were over at all.  It wasn't full but you could still bump into people.  The skating ring was busy too as you can see by the pictures and videos.  No matter how old you get there is always the feeling of awe when you see "The Tree".  Everything looked so beautiful, loved the silver color!  The lights, the music made me wish I had a button to rewind and start the Holidays all over again!  So beautiful..On our way home I noticed there were other Christmas decorations around.  I'm guessing they were going to be taken down the same day as the Rockefeller Center Tree.  I wanted to get closer to take a better video but mis hijos were complaining that it was too cold.  It's always a treat going to the city and just walking around.  Hope you enjoy the pictures and videos...♥
