TGIF! I'm planning on enjoying my day so I prepared dinner early. I made lasagna, later all I have to do is put it in the oven and dinner will be done in less than an hour! Yes! I'll post pictures of it later. Too hot to be in the kitchen for a long time. All this week I have made easy/fast things for dinner, lol. I've made sandwiches, mac & cheese with fried chicken & then sandwiches again! Tomorrow will be tacos a la Taco Bell and Sunday I don't know yet. What do you cook when it's hot that is fast and easy?

ReplyDeleteI like to cook spaghetti or hamburger when it's hot and I'm trying to get out of the kitchen. :) Running the stove for an hour making lasagne will make my whole house extra hot.

ReplyDeleteJai, I too cook spaghetti w/already made meatballs and already made garlic bread. I like to make lasagna and garlic bread because I don't have to stay in the kitchen while it cooks, lol.
